The course gives you tools to improve your mental health and performance. You will learn techniques for stress management, goal setting and develop a positive attitude. You will learn about how thoughts and emotions affect performance and well-being. The course includes lectures, group exercises and dialogue within the group. Between the course sessions, participants will be given homework that aims to deepen understanding and apply the knowledge covered during the lessons.
